Judge Donovan Frank refused to block Minnesota’s nudify law because xAI waited three months after it was signed to sue. Losing First Amendment rights for even minimal periods is supposed to be irreparable harm. Nobody needs to cry for xAI. The next plaintiff with a slower lawyer inherits this ruling.
