Windows 11 hit 50.24% market share, up from under 30% just a year ago. This is not enthusiasm. This is enterprises grudgingly migrating before the support deadline forces their hand. The “AI PC” push that was supposed to drive new hardware purchases flopped because nobody can name a compelling reason to buy one.
