“Insisting that our right to organize be adjudicated by the National Labor Relations Board is not a neutral choice; it has everything to do with delaying the process.”
Wiki Workers United asked for voluntary recognition on July 20. The Foundation said no on July 27 and hired Littler Mendelson, the largest union-avoidance firm in the country. An organization that runs on donated money and unpaid volunteer labor is now spending that money on lawyers whose job is to stall its own staff. The NLRB election line is the standard script, and everybody in labor law knows what it buys.
