Sun Bear is a 756-megawatt, $1 billion-plus solar farm on a reservation that ran on oil and gas for over 50 years. Canigou Group promises more than 500 local jobs and power by 2026. Nobody has said who will buy the electricity. Its own director admits Colorado might not use all of it.
