Tesla is recalling all 3,878 Cybertrucks it has shipped because the accelerator pad can slide up and wedge in the footwell trim. The cause is soap. Someone on the line used it to get the pad on, and nobody approved the change. The truck was unveiled in 2019, which was plenty of time to work out how to glue a pedal.
