Over 1,200 fake gambling sites running off one backend, all using identical chatbot APIs and cross-referencing user registrations across the entire network. A 17-year-old researcher figured this out. The scam is simple: fake MrBeast endorsements, fake $2,500 in credits, then a $100 crypto “verification deposit” that vanishes. It is pig butchering with lower stakes per victim but massive volume and almost no human labor required. The platforms are polished enough that casual users would never suspect they are fake.
