The Board of Supervisors voted unanimously. The resolution changes no law. It asks police to make psychedelics a low priority and asks the city to lobby Sacramento. Scott Wiener’s actual state bill was gutted in committee and pulled. A unanimous vote is easy when it binds nobody.
