Google denied it, and anyone who remembers Google Play Music, Inbox, Reader or Allo knows what a Google denial is worth. The rumor says no license transfers for games people paid full price for. Stadia already lost its exclusives when Google shut its own studios. Buying a game on a Google service means renting it until the next reorg.
