A military court gave the four men between 4.5 and 6 years, and the common charge was illegal handling of payment instruments. Russia convicted a ransomware crew of card fraud. Their affiliate Vasinskyi got over 13 years in the US and $16 million in restitution for more than 2,500 attacks.
