A Reddit post lamenting bots and the broken internet got nearly 6,000 upvotes. The poster was a karma-farming bot with a hidden affiliate link to an AI-illustrated edition of Bernays’ Propaganda. Nobody in hundreds of comments noticed. The dead internet joke wrote itself.
