Sable’s damages expert told a Waco jury that Cloudflare owed between $25 million and $94.2 million. The jury took less than two hours to find no infringement and an invalid claim. Sable’s founder admitted on the stand that his company is in the business of filing lawsuits. Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper and the rest settled. The one defendant that fought got paid.
