Lemmings, Lode Runner and Game and Watch clones, written in C and assembly for a handheld with almost no memory. Ardiri pitches them for Arduino-class microcontrollers, and that is the right home. Code built for that little power ports anywhere. Most game code from the same era sits locked in a publisher’s vault until it rots.
