OGL 1.1 takes 25% of total sales above $750K from the largest creators. Not profit. Sales. It also forces everyone to report projects and revenue, and lets Wizards resell their content without paying them. Wizards made $1.3 billion in 2021 and wants a cut of the small publishers who grew its game for two decades.
