An Oregon prosecutor got a woman’s full phone dump from Idaho because the sheriff was curious about her and a deputy. Her nude photos then circulated in the sheriff’s office. The Ninth Circuit says that violated the Fourth Amendment. The prosecutor still gets qualified immunity because the law was not clearly established.
