The Ohio Lottery detected the intrusion on December 24, 2023, and is only now notifying 538,959 people whose names and Social Security numbers were exposed. DragonForce claimed 94GB of data. The lottery stresses that the gaming network was untouched. The tickets were safe and the players were not.
