Nvidia's free AI model could push the UAE closer to the U.S.

The UAE calls it sovereign AI. The chips are Nvidia. The models are now Nvidia. The software stack is Nvidia. That is not sovereignty. That is a country renting its national AI strategy from one company in Santa Clara. “Free” is the most expensive word in this business.
