Process Hacker is a free tool people use to find malware that Task Manager can’t see. Microsoft controls driver signing, so Microsoft decides whether it runs. The submissions fail with no error and no explanation. A gatekeeper that won’t say why is not doing security. It is deciding which tools you get to have.
