Microsoft pulled the 1995 source off a stack of archive CDs and posted it read-only. It does not build with modern tools. You need Visual C++ 2.0 from an old installer disk. Microsoft also stripped the developers’ names unless they still work there and agreed, so most of the people who wrote it get no credit for their own code.
