Saying yes to Meta’s tracking takes one click. Saying no costs up to €251.88 a year for Facebook and Instagram. GDPR Article 7 says withdrawal must be as easy as consent. The complaint goes to Austria and then probably to the Irish DPC, where Meta complaints go to wait.
