Trustwave went from 3.5 to 4.4 on Glassdoor in a year, and half its recent reviews are copy-paste five-star spam. One HR source says Glassdoor ignored flagged reviews until the employer became a paying customer. Users whose reviews get removed are never told. Glassdoor sells employers the score and sells job seekers the idea that it means something.
