Citizen Lab tied a five-year doxxing campaign against Thai democracy activists to the military and police. The persona had over 240,000 followers across X and Facebook. Doxxing came before arrests and assaults. Meta still has not adopted its own Oversight Board’s recommendations on private addresses.
