The CEO of the company selling the GPUs that run AI told the World Government Summit in Dubai that kids should stop learning to program. Everybody is now a programmer, he says, which is the miracle of AI. Analyst Patrick Moorhead has heard “XYZ will kill coding” for over 30 years and we still don’t have enough programmers. Ask who profits when a generation can’t tell when the machine is wrong.
