After the 2011 tsunami, Yuji Akagawa built a post office where survivors write letters to their dead. Fifteen years later people still come and the letters go into shared binders anyone can read. No app, no subscription, no grief-tech startup harvesting the data. Just paper and a room. That is the whole point.
