An Alcorn State professor buried white-on-white text in an essay prompt telling the model to work “Madagascar” in nonsensically. Thirty-two of 35 students turned it in. They did not paste the assignment into a chatbot and then read what came back, which is the part that should worry the school more than the cheating.
