Hetzner’s 4-core ARM64 CAX21 converts WebP only 8% slower than the 3-core AMD64 CPX21, costs 14% less and has twice the RAM. That is $8.40 a month. The weak spot is Hetzner Volumes at about a third of local SSD speed. The x86 tax is $1.36 a month per box, and you pay it for half the memory.
