Hertz billed one Model 3 renter $340.97 to “Skip the Pump” and another a $475.19 fuel charge. The car has no gas tank. Hertz calls it a “systems error” and says it is fixed. A similar complaint dates to March 2023, so the error ran for over a year and only got refunded when someone went public.
