A billion dollar New Zealand toy company sued to unmask former employees who reviewed it badly, and a US judge said yes. The cofounders swore the reviews made hiring more expensive. Glassdoor says it has won more than 100 of these cases and won’t say how many it lost. Its anonymity promise is only as good as the next judge.
