git-bug: Distributed, offline-first bug tracker embedded in Git

Git is distributed. The issues and discussions that make up half a project are not. They live on GitHub’s servers under GitHub’s terms. git-bug stores them in the repo itself and bridges to GitHub, GitLab, Jira, and Launchpad for the way out.
