Human annotators read Gemini chats, and Google keeps those conversations for up to three years along with your language, device and location. The activity setting is on by default. Turn it off and Google still holds your chats for 72 hours. Google won’t even say if the reviewers are employees or contractors. The warning label is the whole privacy policy.
