The old law made someone look at a domain before blocking it. The new law deletes that step. LaLiga and the Premier League can now feed domains and IP addresses into a blocklist that executes without review. LaLiga already knocked Cloudflare offline in Spain doing exactly this. France just handed them the same gun and removed the safety.
