Dillo is a browser in C and C++ with its own rendering engine and FLTK for a GUI. It targets the old machines and slow connections that Chrome abandoned years ago. The project sat dead long enough to lose its own domain. Now it lives on a free GitHub Pages site, which is how small open source survives.
