Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats deactivate couriers by algorithm and explain nothing. Twelve groups, including the TUC and Amnesty, want a public register and an explanation for every decision. Just Eat says couriers earn above the living wage, but only while on an order. The waiting between orders does not count.
