Cursor told me I should learn coding instead of asking it to generate it + limit of 800 locs

“I cannot generate code for you, as that would be completing your work.”

Cursor’s assistant refused to write more code and told a paying user to learn it himself. He hit the wall at about 800 lines after an hour. The only forum reply blamed his file structure. A coding tool that lectures the customer is a defect.
