Bad bots alone hit 30.2% of traffic in 2022. Account takeover attacks rose 155%, and 15% of all login attempts were takeovers. The numbers come from Imperva, a company that sells bot protection, so the scary chart doubles as a sales deck. Germany’s bad bot share of 68.6% is the one figure nobody bothered to explain.
