“As I left the geofence, I got a push notification on my watch saying that the pizza had been successfully ordered.”
The pizza was never ordered. A geofence at mile 180 fired a Lambda that screen-scraped Casey’s React site with Playwright, and the logs showed a clean success. The best guess is that Lambda shut down before the browser finished the order. Every scraper that reports success without checking the result is lying to someone.
