“The Communications Workers of America (CWA) filed a complaint with the federal US National Labor Relations Board charging Apple with unfair labor practices.”
Apple set up an “Employee Forum” at an Ohio store and called it a feedback channel. The union calls it a company union, which federal law has banned since the 1930s. Add a mandatory captive audience meeting. The NLRB already found Apple likely broke the law in Atlanta. This is a pattern, not a misunderstanding.
