AWS signed with Dominion Energy to “explore” a small reactor near North Anna. Dominion already serves 3,500 megawatts to 452 data centers, gets single requests for 60 to 90 megawatts, and projects demand up 85% over 15 years. AWS CEO Matthew Garman says the reactors feed the grid so “everything that is plugged into the grid will benefit.” Everyone plugged into the grid also shares the bill.
