Amazon does not employ the clinicians. Curai Health, Hello Alpha, SteadyMD and Wheel do the care, and Amazon owns the storefront and the funnel into its own pharmacy. It already shut down Amazon Care and the Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan health venture. Teladoc fell 6% on the news anyway.
