About 600 Activision QA testers in Texas, Minnesota and California just formed the largest video game union in the country. Raven Software and Blizzard Albany had to fight Activision management for theirs. This one had Microsoft’s 2022 neutrality agreement with CWA and saw no union-busting at all. QA has the lowest pay in the industry, and the only thing that changed was who owned the company.
