Nearly 500 subpoenas to Meta, Google, and X between 2018 and 2020, and these are administrative subpoenas. No judge signs them. ICE writes them itself. Of every company on the list, only Reddit bothers to break out DHS numbers in its transparency report, which tells you what the rest would rather you not count. The ones ICE withdrew got withdrawn because somebody fought back, not because the agency found its limits.
